Common questions about applying for a scholarship bonafide certificate.
How much does it cost?
₹20 as a one-time service charge for generating the certificate. The tuition, exam and development fees shown on the certificate are your college fee details — they are printed for the scholarship department and are not charged here.
How long does it take?
After you submit your UPI transaction reference, the office confirms it — usually within a few hours during working time. You can then download the PDF straight away.
I made a mistake in my details
Before paying, use the edit button on the preview page. After payment the certificate is already issued, so contact the college office on 9162116808 with your application number.
I paid but the status still says pending
Make sure you submitted the UTR / transaction reference on the payment page. Do not pay a second time. Call the office with your application number and they will confirm it manually.
I lost the PDF
Go to My certificate and enter your application number and mobile number. You can download it again any number of times.
How does someone check my certificate is genuine?
Every certificate carries a QR code and a verification code. Scanning the QR opens the verification page, which shows the certificate details straight from the college records.
My course or session is not in the list
A course and session only appear once the college has published its fee structure for them. Contact the office and they will add it.
